The 2009 elections had resulted in a rift among the Nandamuri fans. As a result, the fans have split into two groups. While one group supports Nata Simham Balakrishna, the other group supports Young Tiger NTR.
The difference among the fans kept on growing since then. NTR sympathizers believe that he was sidelined by the TDP after 2009. The issues between the two groups to a level that, Balayya Babu fans spread negative talk on NTR’s Dammu film. A leading national daily carried out a story on this back then.
The demand to bring back NTR into TDP got momentum, after the yellow party’s poor performance in the 2019 elections. When Chandrababu Naidu toured in his Assembly constituency Kuppam for the local body elections, posters demanding NTR re-entry were erected to everyone’s surprise.
As an unwanted development for Nandamuri fans, Balakrishna in his recent interview opined that Jr. NTR might be a minus point for the party and said, he is not thinking about Tarak’s political entry now.
His comments have created an alleged rift among Nandamuri fans. Taking to social media, Balayya Babu fans and NTR fans are attacking each other. Even the other hero fans are shocked to see the fans of the same family fighting with each other.
