Many filmmakers have begun shooting post lockdown and it’s no surprise that every unit is vying to push forward in this stiff competition to grab the attention.
On Saturday, Saif Ali Khan, Yami Gautam, Arjun Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez were papped at the Corporate Aviation Terminal at Kalina prior to leaving on a personal luxury plane for Dalhousie to shoot for ’Bhoot Police’. The cast kickstarted the shoot in outlandish style by wearing masks bearing the horror film’s title. The same pics were shared by the actors on their social media profile too. In one of the pics all of them are seen posing stylishly before the chartered plane.
Bhoot Police”, a horror-comedy is helmed by Pawan Kripalani, who has acclaimed thrillers like “Phobia” and “Ragini MMS” to his credits as a director.
We will film the first schedule in Dharamshala, followed by few schedules in Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh and Palampur. The idea is to shoot a segment in the first schedule; we will wrap up the rest in January,” shared director Pavan Kripalani.
Pavan said that filming under current circumstances is surely risky. “Himachal is one of the safest locations in our country. The number of cases is steadily low and the region hasn’t seen rampant spread of the virus”, he added.
The spooky adventure is coproduced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri.
