Biden suffers from hairline fractures in his foot after slipping while playing with his dog

President elect Joe Biden injured himself while playing with his German Shepard Major on Saturday. Initial screening did not show any signs of fracture but later a CT scan has shown hairline fractures in his right foot. The Biden family has two dogs, Major and Champ.

Biden will require a walking boot for several weeks. “Initial x-rays did not show any obvious fracture, but his clinical exam warranted more detailed imaging,” Dr. Kevin O’Connor who treated Biden said on Sunday. “Follow-up CT scan confirmed hairline (small) fractures of President-elect Biden’s lateral and intermediate cuneiform bones, which are in the mid-foot. It is anticipated that he will likely require a walking boot for several weeks.”

President elect Joe Biden has celebrated his 78th Birthday on Nov 20th. US Media has covered this news extensively.
