As TDP wanting to raise several issues related to AP’s development in the forthcoming Parliament Winter Session and in turn may corner BJP, alerted BJP has come out to offer olive branch to supremo and CM Chandrababu.
Ahead of the Parliament Winter Session which is going to be held from December 15, BJP is all set to resolve issues with Chandrababu over contentious Polavaram Irrigation Project. With Naidu openly expressing his strong dissent against Centre’s approach, Union Irrigation Minister Nitin Gadkari has called on Chandrababu to Delhi to held talks with him. Naidu too readily agreed and headed to Delhi.
Meanwhile, TDP’s parliamentary meeting which was scheduled to take place today in Hyderabad has been shifted to New Delhi as Naidu would be in Delhi today. TDP MPs are going to discuss with Naidu on the issues to be raised in the coming Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha’s winter session. It is heard that the issues include Polavaram, Railway Zone to Vizag, financial aid to AP which is debt-laden.
In order to gain TDP’s support in both Lower House and Upper House, BJP is now going all out to settle issues with Naidu. Meanwhile, YSRCP is also going to raise the issues of Special Category Status, Defections of MLAs into TDP and many more in the Parliament Winter Session.
