Krish had just made Gabbar Is Back with Akshay in Bollywood and his latest film Kanche has been critically acclaimed here.Now talk is that Bollywood is quite keen on remake of Kanche. It is being said that many top actors and producers are considering a remake and have approached Krish for the same.
Some time back it was reported that the hero of his earlier film Akshay Kumar is also keen on remaking the film. On the other hand, historical films are lapped up by Indians and Bollywood has had a history of remaking historicals. So, the subject is in demand say industry insiders.
Also, Kanche is more or less a hit and that has attracted many producers. But again, in the past, there were strong rumours that some top Bollywood producers and actors were keen on remaking Gamyam, another hit film of Krish, in Hindi. That did not happen. So it remains to be seen if the rumours will materialise this time around.
