Renowned actor Sunil is reportedly in advanced talks for the Telugu remake of acclaimed Tamil film Mandela which premiered on Netflix later last month.
Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments have bagged the remake rights of Mandela and they want to rope in Sunil to reprise the role played by Yogi Babu in the original.
Mandela is a political satire with a good dose of comedy. Yogi Babu is being appreciated for his stellar performance in the film. If things fall into place, Sunil will be reprising this role.
AK Entertainments are now in search of a capable director who can handle the project and it will be officially announced in the days to follow.
