CBI has said that there was no evidence to show that there was quid pro quo factor in eight of the ten cases on which charge sheet need not be filed in the CBI court . There by the CBI has transparently clarified that there was no strong case against the YSRC president and hence sought to okay his bail petition. So CBI has already filed 10 charge sheets and on others it has not filed as there is no QPQ proof.
The CBI disclosure should put the TDP and others to shame for their relentless campaign and visious maligning him that he was a ‘starcriminal’ and as Chandrababu Naidu and other TDP leaders termed him as ‘ Financial terrorist’. TDP was trying to influence the court by contending that the CBI had become soft to jagan and not filed any charge sheet in eight other cases and giving him bail.
CBI has said that the eight cases including some overseas companies and the alleged brief case companies shall come under the IT and the ED purview and hence needs not require continuation of Jagan’s judicial custody .
