CBN at cross roads

It seems Chandra Babu Naidu and his party TDP is at present at cross roads and any decision will have severe impact on its future. CBN who ruled the state for record 9 years is also creating a record of sorts by becoming the longest serving opposition leader in the state. If future decisions on poll alliances, promises and actions to achieve are not taken in careful consultations then TDP may totally be wiped out of the political map of the state.
The problem with CBN is none of his promises and actions are instilling confidence in his party leaders, cadres leave alone general public. Many times he came up with brilliant ideas like fighting on Babli or BC reservation issue and many other things. He is even promising heaven in the hands of people but they are not convinced as he lost his credibility due to his flipflops on various issues most importantly on free power to farmers and on telangana issue.
CBN plans to come out with clear cut ideas and decisions in the next few days in the run up to elections. He is planning to write another letter on Telangana so that there wont be any ambiguity on his part. However his hands are tied and though he grandly announced that he will be on 117 day pada yatra, many wonder how he will tackle cross fires on his party from various quarters. Unless until he earns the faith and confidence of people, all his decisions will not provide any respite for him or his party.
