Chandrababu Back To His Defection Games

Hyderabad: Unable to face the people in wake of the growing anti-incumbency factor, Chandrababau Naidu has been desperately resorting to poaching by engineering defections leaving the growing number of suicides in private educational institutions owned by a state minister to winds.

Speaking to reporters here on Saturday party spokesperson Padmaja said, “Chandrababu Naidu is back to his old game of poaching by luring opposition party leaders with packages and his political graph has been crooked with defections and backstabbing.Right from crossing over from Congress to TDP and then usurping the power and Party from NTR, Chandrababu Naidu mindset has been on dubious all the time and this time he has done nothing different.”

The leaders willing to cross over have the freedom of shifting but moral values demand their resignation before joining the other party and our leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has shown the way by taking Shilpa Chakrapani Reddy into the Party fold after he quit the MLC post ahead of the full term of about six years, she said.

All sections of people are unhappy with the State and unable to face the wrath of people Chandrababu Naidu has been concentrating on engineering defections to send a false signal to people. With the talk of general elections lurking round the corner it would be suicidal to jump the line for anyone as the ruling party has gathered lot of anti-incumbency dust and money power cannot win a general election as it had happened earlier, she said.

We have seen Chandrababu Naidu’s political career which took off through defections and backstabbing and his mindset has been such and instead of taking steps to control the growing number of suicides in private educational institutions, his silence is more pronounced at shielding the guilty. Government schools are being closed down at the slightest anomaly to promote commercial interest and his anti-people policies would deliver a telling blow in the coming elections, she said.

It is very sad to note that over the past one week students and youth committing suicides have become routine and the government has not at all been giving any heed to it. Not a single arrest was made so far and the inquiry process has been rushed through as a mere formality and the futile exercise is only to shield the Municipal Administration Minister Naryana who owns the group of private educational institutions.

YSR has brought higher education within the reach of the poor through his welfare schemes like fees reimbursement and scholarships while Chandrababu Naidu’s priorities lay elsewhere like engineering defections.
