A real-estate company that took money from customers to sell plots is said to have cheated them. The company did not hand over the flats. The Real-estate company reportedly collected crores of money from the customers in the name of the ventures. The Real-estate company is based in Hyderabad.
As per the media reports that are doing rounds, Hyd-based Real-estate company Sai Surya Developers reportedly cheated the customers by taking money from them. Superstar Mahesh Babu is the brand ambassador of the company. His family appeared in the ad.
If we have to take anything from the media reports, the real-estate company took money from the customers to give plots in return. The management reportedly assured the customers of handing over the flats by 2022. But that did not happen and customers started getting doubts.
So the customers started demanding their money back. But there is no response from them. Seeing this, the customers filed a police complaint under a few sections with the Madhura Nagar police station. They are demanding their money back and strict action. A complaint was filed by company owner Satish Chandra Gupta reportedly.
Reports also said that the Real-estate company made a sale deed with a third party without the customers’ notice. The company reportedly collected over Rs 3 crores from 11 customers. A cheating case has been filed against the real-estate firm.
Customers invested crores of rupees in the venture hoping that they would get the flats to move in. The company assured the customers that the flats will be handed over by 2022 December.
Earlier, a few FIRs were filed against Mahender Singh Dhoni as the buyers who gave money for the homes built by the real estate group Amrapali did not get the flats. Saying that they brought flats seeing Dhoni, they filed the complaint.
