Megastar Chiranjeevi has already expressed his intention to begin the “Acharya” this month.
He took the initiative of holding meetings with the government to seek permission for the resumption of shootings.
He did this for the greater good of the movie industry as the daily wage workers are suffering without income. However, his major worry now is about the set of “Acharya”.
The monsoon rains have already come in and this is worrying him. A huge set for “Acharya” was erected at a private place in Hyderabad.
The set was built with the plan to wrap up all the scenes by end of the summer. It was not made for rainproof.
When the first cases of the corona were reported in Hyderabad, it was Chiranjeevi who voluntarily stopped the shooting of “Acharya” but what he didn’t expect was that the break would last for more than than two months.
Insiders say Chiranjeevi is eager to resume the shoot this month and wrap up the scenes that are meant to be canned in this set before heavy rains lash.
“Acharya” is the first collaboration between top director Siva Koratala and Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Produced by Niranjan Reddy and Ram Charan, the film has Kajal Aggarwal as the heroine.
