Director Mohan Krishna Indraganti is known for his feel-good entertainers filled with witty writing and classy narration. He made his entry with ‘Grahanam’ but it was ‘Asta Chamma’ that brought him a lot of fame. He went on to make memorable films like ‘Golconda High School’, ‘Sammohanam’, ‘Ami Tumi’, ‘Gentleman’ and others. But his movies like ‘V’ and his recent outing ‘Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali’ failed to live up to the expectations.
His last outing with Sudheer Babu and Krithi Shetty ended up as a loss venture and even his loyal fans were disappointed with his work. As we know, ‘V’ did not impress the audience too and Dil Raju walked out of it with profits just because he sold it to the OTT platform. It looks like the class director has lost his touch in recent times.
Sources claim that Mohan Krishna is back in Dil Raju’s camp and he is currently working on a script that suits Vijay Deverakonda. It is expected to be a classy feel-good movie in typical Mohan Krishna style. Though Vijay was interested in teaming up with Mohan Krishna earlier, the disastrous result of the director’s recent outing made things a bit difficult for him. It is quite important for the ‘V’ director to come up with a convincing story this time. With Dil Raju and his judgment coming into the scene, we need to see if Mohan Krishna Indraganti bounces back or not.
