Maharashtra continues to be the worst-hit state in India, with daily coronavirus cases reporting over 50,000 for several days during the second wave of Covid-19.
We know many states in the country have already implemented strict restrictions, while some others are thinking of going for a complete lockdown.
Now, the Maharashtra government is thinking the same as to impose a complete lockdown in the state. Health Minister Rajesh Tope said on Tuesday said that all the ministers of the state have requested Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to announce a complete lockdown in the state from tomorrow at 8 pm.
CM Uddhav Thackeray will be taking a final call on this shortly. Most of the reports reveal that the CM is opting for a complete lockdown as the situation is worsening each passing day. An official announcement regarding the complete lockdown will be made today or tomorrow.
