The Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI)’s probe in the murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy is going at a good pace. The central agency had already compelled a report and submitted the same to the court. Going by the report, the Court took a key decision in connection with the case.
Satisfied with the arguments of the CBI that Shiv Shankar Reddy is the main accused in the case and he can tamper the evidence, the court had canceled the bail petition of Reddy. The accused was supposed to get bail as he filed a petition seeking the same. But the bail was canceled.
Media reports say that the CBI informed the court that the murder was a pre-planned one and Shiv Shankara Reddy played a big role in the case. He even threatened Dastagiri for turning approver in the case. Shiv Shankara Reddy even tried to mislead the CI by giving false information, the CBI said.
It has to be noted that, earlier the CBI sought permission from the court to perform narco-analysis tests on Shankara Reddy. As cheer worthy news to the CBI, the court said no to the bail petition. It is said that the court might also grant permission for the tests.
Shiv Shankara Reddy was arrested by the CBI earlier this month from a hospital in connection with the murder case. Shankara Reddy is a close aide of Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy. This fact made everyone eagerly wait to see what will happen in the case next.
