It is not an exaggeration to say that not just the common man but celebs have also got affected in the aftermath of demonetization. A funny WhatsApp message describing how cash ban forced the ladies in Bachchan family sharing the same sari has recently gone viral on WhatsApp.
The message shows both Jaya Bachchan and her daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan wearing the same sari. Some imaginative minds look to have found a connection between their sari and note ban and implied that the celeb ladies resorted to sharing as they couldn’t afford to buy separate ones.
In fact, the message has recently gone viral but it is being reported by some media houses that both Aish and Jaya were seen draped in that saree a couple of years ago. Pics from back then were used to weave a rather harmless joke that became an instant hit on WhatsApp.
