Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Narayana Swamy held a press briefing in Chittoor district on Wednesday over the welfare schemes.
During the briefing, the deputy CM had targeted Rebel YSRCP MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju and said, a dog will be more loyal than the MP. Despite CM Jagan giving him a seat and MP post, he is targeting him, he said.
Adding further, Mr. Swamy breathed fire on those who are trying to create hurdles for the welfare schemes introduced by the state government.
He also came down severely on the opposition TDP party for not leaving any stone unturned to add troubles to the welfare schemes introduced by the government. Their efforts are nothing but stopping the poor from receiving the benefits, he said.
The Deputy Chief Minister’s statements on the opposition party came at the time when the TDP party leaders are moving the courts claiming that there are irregularities in the welfare schemes implemented by the government.
In the recent past, the TDP leaders filed petitions pertaining to the Andhra Pradesh government’s welfare schemes. Looks like the deputy is not happy with the opposition parties in this regard.
