Ever since ‘Arjun Reddy’ became popular all across the nation, Rowdy hero Vijay Deverakonda became a crazy hero. He was regarded as one of the best young talents by some Bollywood media folks and a lot of young actresses too revealed their liking towards the ‘Geetha Govindham’ star. After more than two years, he is all set to arrive in theatres with ‘Liger’ and it is very prestigious for him because this stylish action flick marks his Hindi debut too.
As it is known, the theatrical trailer of ‘Liger’ was launched in both Hyderabad and Mumbai. He got a grand reception in both the cities but what surprised everyone was his made craze in Mumbai. People usually expect flowers, cheers and whistles in Hyderabad but his popularity was on full display in Mumbai especially after the event was wrapped up.
While Vijay along with Charmee, Ananya Pandey and others were leaving the theatre, we could see a huge gathering around him. He was unable to get in his car for a brief period as the people around him were constantly cheering clapping, and whistling in excitement. Vijay thanked everyone before getting into the car. This stupendous craze has stunned everyone. This stardom, craze and popularity will only increase if ‘Liger’ becomes successful. We need to see what Puri and Vijay’s combo cooked together as the trailer is getting mixed responses.
The cinematography is handled by Vishnu Sarma while Kecha from Thailand has composed the fights. Karan Johar is presenting this movie in Hindi and it is Vijay’s official launch into Bollywood. Junaid Siddiqui is the editor. Mike Tyson is making his debut in Indian cinema with ‘Liger’. Charmee along with Puri is jointly producing this high-budget film while Ramya Krishnan and Ronit Roy play crucial roles in ‘Liger’. This movie is coming out on 25th August.
After this film, he will be joining hands with Puri once again and work on ‘Jana Gana Mana’. He is already working on ‘Khushi’ which is a romantic entertainer starring Samantha as the heroine while he is the hero. He also has a project lined up with Sukumar.
