Don’t just wish for success or stardom. One should work for it because Work is worship. These might be the commonly heard quotes but when the same is applied to the winners in real life, aptly one can find an emotional connect. The same happened yesterday at ‘Nannaku Prematho’ audio launch event when NTR started to read an SMS message sent by Devi Sri Prasad.
‘When I heard the news of Sathya Murthy garu passed away, I was in London shooting. I tried to reach DSP couple of times but I could not find him on phone. So, I left a message with an intention of not to disturb him. After two days, Devi sent me a reply describing his current position. He was taking care of his mother.
One line which went through my thoughts for a while was, ‘My Father Does Not Want Me Stop Working, How Tough Situation May Be.’ DSP came back to re-recording works of ‘Nannaku Prematho’ from second day after doing the final rites for his dad. Such is the high level of his commitment,’ as NTR said this DSP could not control his emotions and went down in tears hugging NTR tightly.
Gathering at the venue gave a standing ovation for Devi Sri Prasad and hopefully, ‘Nannaku Prematho’ will be the apt film given as an invaluable tribute to Sathya Murthy Garu.
