TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar, who was arrested under irregularities in the Sangam Dairy charges, has been granted bail. He was released from Rajahmundry jail.
Along with him, Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan was also released on bail. On April 23, ACB officials arrested Dhulipalla Narendra and Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan.
Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan was also arrested and remanded in custody regarding this case. However, both Dhulipalla Narendra and MD Gopalakrishnan tested positive for coronavirus while in prison.
The High Court recently took a decision on their bail petitions. It has granted conditional bail to both of them. The High Court, which was hearing the bail petition filed by Narendra Kumar and Gopalakrishnan, granted them bail. The court ordered them to stay in Vijayawada municipal area for the next four weeks.
