Kollywood director Arunraja Kamaraj’s wife Sindhuja has passed away due to Corona virus complications. The director and his wife had both tested positive for Covid-19 recently.
The couple was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. While the filmmaker is still undergoing treatment and is recovering, his wife didn’t respond well to the treatment. As her health deteriorated, Sindhuja breathed her last on Sunday.
Many celebrities from Kollywood are taking to social media to convey their deepest condolences and stretch their support to Arunraja Kamaraj.
Arunraja is well-known for the song ‘Neruppu Da’ in Rajinikanth starrer Kabali. Before holding the megaphone, he worked as a lyricist. He made his directorial debut with women-centric sports drama Kanaa and made his acting debut in Raja Rani.
