2019’s Yatra, the iconic movie on the legendary politician and ex-Chief Minister late Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy is one of the finest inspirational leader’s stories and the film has succeeded in impressing the audience by bringing out the leader’s charisma to the world. Directed by Mahi V Raghav, he made sure to take meticulous care in portraying YSR’s padayatra period and his thumping win.
In fact, the film was critically acclaimed and garnered humongous number of positive reviews. After making people understand YSR’s compassion and generosity, the director has now announced Yatra 2. Yesterday, after Jagan’s massive victory at the elections, Mahi V Raghav took to his Twitter to convey his congratulations to the new Chief Miniter of Andhra, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Jagan will soon take an oath as the CM on May 30, at Vijayawada. On this, filmmaker Raghav hinted about Yatra 2 in his congratulatory tweet with a hashtag #Yatra2. However, the film will commence after one year as the director is planning for an action drama for his next project and then only put his complete focus on the final instalment of Yatra. Moreover, Raghav will also need to wait and see Jagan’s work as CM before gathering the story. The story will be all about Jagan’s life, his 10 years of struggles that lead to his victory and work in his tenure as the CM. We are also pretty excited to learn who would be playing Jagan’s role.
