My Father, EVV Satyanarayana Would Have Been Proud – Allari Naresh

Allari Naresh has been struggling from past 4-5 years for a solid hit at the box office and he seemed to have almost have up on doing films, last year.But he got a good role in Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi as close friend of Mahesh and he thanked Mahesh for it. At the Maharshi success meet, he said, “My father (EVV Satyanarayana), would have been proud of this film. As a father – yes, as a director and more than that as a farmer too!”

He added, “I did not hear a word hit, from last few years and I am actually depressed about the situation. But Mahesh garu himself recommending me for such a serious role and giving me such weight in the film, I am thrilled and happy.

I can now say that there will be only commas in success and no full stops. I am also happy that at a time, I could work with three big banners like PVP, Vyjayanthi and Dil Raju!”

Talking about Mahesh he said, “Mahesh is a book of perfection. He used to remain in the mood of the character through out the day and hence, he portrays emotions so perfect on screen.

He used to crack jokes and be energetic while shooting for college portions and comedy scenes. He used to be serious for emotional scenes. In Hollywood, they call it method acting and I learned that Mahesh after this Maharshi film!”

Maharshi released on 9th May for a roaring reception from fans of Mahesh Babu and Allari Naresh got good compliments for his role as Ravi.
