Sri Raghavendra Vidya Sangham secretary Latha Rajinikanth is running a school under the name Ashram by renting land belonging to Venkateshwarlu and Poorna Chandra Rao in the local Gindi area. Latha Rajinikanth has agreed to vacate the post in April 2020. However, as the ashram school has not yet been evicted and the landlords have asked the high court to order them to vacate the ashram school on their premises and also claimed that Latha Rajini Kanth owes Rs 2 crore in rent arrears.

After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge ordered that the Ashram should be freed from the school by April 2021.If not, notices will be issued to Lata Rajinikanth warning that appropriate action will be taken in the contempt of court case. On the other side, Lath denies owing any amount to the owner of the Ashram and claims that she has cleared all the dues on time.
