How Ram Charan and Allu Arjun are escaping Jagan’s wrath in AP?

The government of Andhra Pradesh recently passed a new G.O pertaining to new ticket prices in the state. In the G.O, there is a special clause related to special prices for big budget pan-India films.

As per this clause, any pan-India big budget film that has 20% of its shoot done in Andhra Pradesh will be given the flexibility of having flexible pricing. This clause is applicable to any big budget pan-India project that will be releasing henceforth.

Now, in an interesting development, Ram Charan’s RC15 and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule are cleverly escaping the clause. Going into the story, the shooting of RC15 and Pushpa 2 are progressing in Andhra Pradesh.

While RC15 had already wrapped up a lengthy schedule in Andhra Pradesh, the vast majority of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 will be carried out in Andhra Pradesh.

The end point is that both RC15 and Pushpa 2 are meeting the 20% shoot in AP criteria as these films are being extensively shot in Andhra Pradesh. Well, the makers of these films planned the AP schedules even before the G.O came out. So, in a way, they unintentionally got it right.

RC15 and Pushpa 2 will now be eligible for special ticket prices flexibility in Andhra Pradesh and that should help the box office prospects of these pan-India biggies. More details in this regard will be out once these films near the completion of the shoot.

RC15 is a political thriller directed by Shankar and it has Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. Pushpa 2 is the sequel to Pushap and it has Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and others in the lead roles.

This forest based actioner is directed by Sukumar and it is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. More details will be out soon.
