Nandamuri Balakrishna has dropped a fresh bomb as he stated that he was not invited for the 80s reunion that took place at Chiranjeevi’s house in Jubilee Hills last year.
The 80s reunion club conducts an annual reunion which takes place every year and each year, one among them would host it. However, when it was Chiru’s turn last year, he had hosted it at his newly-constructed posh bungalow in Jubilee hills where 80s stars from other states too had attended and spent quality time.
However, Balayya said he was intentionally not invited by Chiru. He said he had been a regular attendant be it at Sumalatha and late Ambareesh’s hosted party or Mohanlal’s party. But Balayya said he felt shocked as he didn’t get invite when his fellow star Chiranjeevi didn’t invite to 2019’s 80s renunion.
Balayya further said that he doesn’t care whoever it is and he said, “give respect and take respect”. Furious Balayya didn’t stop there. He said he is neither “insane” nor “over-friendly” to take such things as light. Balayya said he can’t let such things go. He asked, “If you want to ignore me, ignore me completely. I’ll have my way.” Now, all these remarks of Balayya in his latest interview has yet again raked up the recently-settled controversy between Mega-Nandamuri clans.
Recently, Balayya’s comments on Chiru and other big wigs in T-town over not inviting him for a meeting with Telangana CM KCR had courted a major controversy. Balayya went a step further and alleged that they were doing real-estate business. Chiru’s brother Naga Babu had responded to Balayya’s comments and raised objections. Naga Babu had demanded an apology from Balayya over his comments.Balayya chose not to respond to Naga Babu’s remarks.
While the issue was settled down and Balayya was subsequently invited for Tollywood’s meeting with AP CM YS Jagan, Balayya had to give it a miss due to his 60th birthday celebrations. However, though the issue was settled down, the media isn’t leaving the topic and outspoken Balayya continues to make blunt statements. Let’s wait for Chiru’s reaction on this.
