The PCC Chief post has been the talk of Telangana state for the past few months. Many Congress leaders are putting all their stakes on that post and it is a very tense situation for all the Congress supporters to find who will get their hands on that hot seat.
Revanth Reddy, who is said to be the prime contender is giving his everything while other senior leaders in the party are trying him pull him down and are making their efforts to please the high command.
Not to mention that everyone from the most senior leaders in Congress to young leaders everyone is making consistent efforts to secure the PCC presidency.
However, there has been a long-running campaign that both of the high command is leaning towards Congress Working President Revanth Reddy.
Accordingly, the Congress has recently appointed Manikantha Thakur from Tamil Nadu as the in-charge of Telangana Congress affairs. Thakur is currently the MP for Virudhunagar Lok Sabha constituency in Tamil Nadu.
With the appointment of the young leader as the Telangana in-charge, Revanth’s hopes for a new PCC president are now on the rise. With the arrival of the young leader as the new in-charge, the campaign was in full swing to give the PCC presidency as well.
Now, the circulating news is that the presidency of PCC for Revanth Reddy is already a fixed affair, and what Sonia insists with the firebrand leader is that he needs to get along with the senior leaders and imposed the burden on Reddy if he wants to get the post.
This is very much a completely unwanted situation for a person like Revanth Reddy who has been in the cold war and there is no way is being visible to him to get in good ties with the other senior leaders. Let’s see what will be Revanth’s future course of action..!
