We know Varun Tej is working on his next film, Ghani, which happens to be the first sports drama in his career. As the film is based on boxing, the actor has undergone intensive training to fit into the role and has been maintaining his physique quite well.
But, the shooting of the film is not going smoothly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The shooting, which began in 2020, has been postponed repeatedly.
The latest reports reveal that the lead actor is disappointed with the way the shooting is happening. Since the film is based on boxing, Varun has to continue his rigorous workout to maintain a ripped look till the completion of the shoot. Because of this, the actor got disappointed and wants to wrap the shoot quickly.
Varun Tej essays the role of a boxer in the film. The film has been packed with some intense action episodes, which surprises the audience.
Produced by Allu Bobby and Siddu Mudda, Ghani is directed by Kiran Korrapati. Saiee Manjrekar plays the female lead while Upendra, Suniel Shetty, Jagapathi Babu and Nadhiya will be seen in pivotal roles.
