The one-year suspension of loud-mouthed YSR Congress Party MLA and adult comedy show judge Roja has become the talk of the town. Social media has reacted quite funnily to Roja’s suspension for her alleged demeaning remarks against AP CM Chandrababu Naidu.
While few termed 1 year ban period as very high, others welcomed the ban. Twitter was abuzz with witty, sarcastic comments on the way ruling party leaders and opposition party leaders are locking their horns in the house.
One commented, “It’s not Jabardasth TV show to use double-entendres, profane language. It’s AP Assembly. Its member should respect other members, leader of the house. One must behave in a dignified manner.”
Probably, Roja got so used to Jabardasth TV show and made such belittling comments on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, commented another Twitter user. Meanwhile, YSR Congress party came in support of suspended MLA Roja and came down heavily on the incumbent government and pointed out at Speaker’s decision.
