AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been targeting the judges of the AP High Court every now and then. He has been filing petitions against them accusing them for taking the partial stand reportedly.
In that order, the first-ever judge to face of the wrath of the AP CM is J.K Maheshwari. This Chief Justice of AP High Court was reported as a troublesome personality to the AP government.
Now, in the latest meeting of the Supreme Court Collegium on 14th December, Judge J.K Maheshwari of Andhra Pradesh was transferred to Sikkim High Court in its latest orders.
Along with Maheshwari, 8 other judges were also transferred by the highest judiciary authority in the country. Among them, prominently, Chief Justice R.S Chauhan from Telangana was transferred to Uttarakhand and Judge Joymalya Bagchi was transferred to AP HIgh Court from the Calcutta High Court
