Making all those speculations come true, YSR Congress president Jagan is granted bail by the Nampalli CBI Court in connection with his illegal assets case. After submitting sureties and other bonds tomorrow morning in the court, Jagan will be walking free from Chanchalguda Prison by afternoon.
With CBI filing a memo that they have almost completed investigation into Jagan’s disproportionate assets case by lodging 10 charge sheets and clearing it to court that they will file final-report in a couple of days, Jagan is sanctioned bail by the trail court. Jagan is lodged in Chanchalguda prison ever since he was arrested on May 27th 2012 regarding his illegal assets case. Nampally CBI Court, High Court and Supreme Court have denied bail each for a couple of times earlier as the investigation is pending.According to terms stated by Court, Jagan should not threat witnesses and should not cause convenience or hurdles to further investigation of the case. Else, his bail will be cancelled.
