YSRCP supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is on a two-day visit to Anantapur and Kadapa on Friday. He started the tour by laying foundations for the developmental works in the two districts.
While touring in Kadapa, CM Jagan visited the Raja Reddy stadium in the district and laid a foundation for the development works at the stadium. The stadium will be getting floodlights facilities worth Rs 4 crore.
When he reached the stadium, the staff present there asked the Chief Minister to play the game and he obliged their request. While Kadapa Parliamentarian Avinash Reddy bowled, Jagan Mohan Reddy turned batsman and displayed his skills.
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy played two balls and hit one ball for a boundary. The staff members and the officials cheered for the CM when he hit the ball to the leg side for a boundary.
Before leaving the stadium, CM Jagan gave the cricket bat and gloves he used for the staff members by signing on them. The staff members were happy to receive the signed bat and gloves from Jagan.
