Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy hasn’t had the time or opportunity to tour the state of Andhra Pradesh. After he took oath as the CM in May 2019, he was busy with the administration of the state, and very soon, in 2020 March, the coronavirus pandemic took over the world.
It is now being said that the CM wants to tour the state to listen to the people’s grievances and to make sure that all beneficiaries of his welfare schemes are receiving whatever is due for them. Usually, when something is released for the people, it gets stopped at the MLA level, or below that, not reaching whom it is supposed to reach.
Jagan touring the state would also mean that he would personally know where he’s lacking, and in what aspects the people of the state are suffering. It would also tell him where he could improve. Given that the number of coronavirus cases have also decreased in AP right now, this is the best time for Jagan to tour the state.
