Jagan’s plan for three capitals is an absolute disaster..?

A US-based global consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) was appointed by the AP government with a 16-member committee that had gone through both the GN Rao panel report and the BCG analysts report and made its own recommendations on the capital city for the state is in the news lately.

This firm concluded that Amaravati is unfit for the capital status of Andhra Pradesh and suggested state secretariat, Raj Bhavan and the chief minister’s office should be in Visakhapatnam. The allegations are that they have been paid a chunk for the copy-paste report. Many politicians say that what all they did is to transform the G.O of AP government and produce it as a report.

This all about Jagan govt paying Boston Consultancy group another release of 3.51cr. With 3rd pay release,Boston group(GN Rao committee&New design plan costs are separate!) alone got 10.53cr till now and still some amount is pending to be paid for this group.

For a state which is facing a severe economic crisis, these payments are nothing but a burden and after everything the Jagan government has done to achieve their three capital dream and paying millions of rupees, there is no hope for them that the three capitals would come into force.

This Boston Consulting Group was ridiculed earlier by the judicial system as well but the government is still paying them the balance amount while AP High court finds no reason for capital shift and prolonging the stay on the capital decentralization bill which was recommended by the BCG. This is just disastrous..!
