Universal Hero Kamal Hassan’s next – Uttama Villain has completed its Censor formalities in Tamil a short while ago. The movie has received clean ‘U’ certificate from the Censor Board and the makers have announced May 1st as their release date. The movie is most likely to have a simultaneous release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi on that day.
The movie is being dubbed in to Telugu with the same name and Senior producer C.Kalyan has bagged the Telugu rights. Kamal will be seen in the roles of a superstar and a Theyyam artist.
Uttama Villain is produced by Lingusamy for Thirrupathi Brothers and co-produced by Kamal’s Raj Kamal Films. Uttama Villain has ensemble of star cast including Pooja Kumar, Andrea, Parvathy, Orvashi, K Vishwanath and K Balachander. Kamal Haasan has handled the screen play along with dialogues and story while Ghibran scored the music.
