Kesineni Nani has been one of the most prominent leaders of the TDP, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore, with Nani having been distant from the part for quite some time now. He wanted Chandrababu to take necessary action on the trio of Bonda Uma, Buddha Venkanna and Nagul Meera, as he felt that they destroyed the chances of his daughter, Shweta, becoming the Mayor of Vijayawada, thus sabotaging the chances of TDP winning in Vijayawada.
Kesineni even wrote a letter to Chandrababu recently, stating that neither he nor his daughter would be available for the 2024 elections and that Babu shouldn’t factor them into the party. Babu didn’t respond to this either, which is said to have further complicated the situation.
Kesineni has now removed all TDP flags and photos and banners with Babu, from his party office, the Kesineni Bhavan. Everything belonging to the TDP has reportedly been removed and been replaced with a photo of Kesineni with Ratan Tata. This is being said that Kesineni’s indirect goodbye to TDP. It is now to be seen when he will bid his official goodbye, and whether he will join another political party or not.
