It is the age of social media and people spend more time looking onto the screens rather than looking at the world outside. We became so addicted to social media that we prefer gossiping on Twitter rather than talking to our dear ones. While the over usage of social media helped to build contacts and increase interactions all across the world, there is a dark side to it too. A lot of celebrities are becoming victims of fake news and unnecessary trolling on social media.
Gorgeous girl Kiara Advani who is busy with multiple Bollywood projects has also been subjected to trolling over an issue for which she wasn’t responsible. As we know, there are rumors about a romantic relationship with her ‘Shershah’ co-star Siddharth Malhotra. The couple was seen hanging out together in public spots and the paparazzi even snapped them coming out of each other’s houses at times. On one such day, Kiara was spotted outside Siddharth’s house and recognizing her car, the watchman opened the door and saluted her.
The media caught this whole incident and the video went viral on social media. Many criticised Kiara and trolled her for having an attitude for not opening her own car door and making an old man salute to her. Responding about it recently, Kiara said that the trolling was unnecessary. The situation would have been entirely different if it was a male star. Kiara added that she asked the security guard to neither open the car door nor salute to her. She said that the guard did that normally as he is used to doing it and she was unnecessarily blamed for it. Seems like she has a point! Isn’t it?
