Lavanya Tripathi made her debut into the Tollywood through ‘Andala Rakshasi’ and made everyone believe that she is a Telugu girl. She was born in Uttar Pradesh and brought up in Dehradun of Uttarakhand and later graduated in Mumbai. When she was studying Plus Two in Dehradun, she noticed Ms Uttarakhand contest and attended it and bagged the crown in 2006. Then her family members realised that she could shine in creative field.
While doing the graduation, she tried her best to get the opportunities and worked as model for Fair and Lovely, Maruthi Alto, Polo, Kotak Mahindra and other such companies. After making entry into the Tollywood, she achieved the success with ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ and everyone thought she would reach the top slot in no time. As was expected, she paired up with Nagarjuna in ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and her range went up further. Now, in her upcoming film ‘Radha’ she is pairing up with Sharwanand. She is also doing a role in Mayavan. Besides these, she is playing a key role in ‘Rarandoy Veduka Chooddam’ of Naga Chaitanya. She has a lot of glamour and at the same time, she is a good performer.
