For decades, Tech giant Infosys has been ranked among top IT companies in India and scrambled up the ladder with right efforts from founders and management group. But, the company has been facing disorder as the founders like Narayana Murthy, Nandan Nilekani and Kris Gopalakrishnan have continuously expressed their displeasure over high pay to CEO Vishal Sikka and large severance to two senior bosses who left company recently.

Following the series of unintended events among top brass of company, Vishal Sikka rubbished the disturbances through his mail to Infosys employees. But, the chief founder Narayana Murthy has decided to do handle the miscommunications and made a announcement to set up a law firm in this regard.

In one of his interviews, Murthy stopped his battle with board members by telling, “Let me stop. I have made a point, paying such large sums of money is confusing. Now they have to sort it out.” and added, “I felt that I don’t want it to snowball. I don’t have the time. Neither should the board and the management be spending time on it.”

With a view to lessen differences between founders and the current board, Murthy said they will be setting a legal group to learn the gap and resolve the disorder. It now looks like Sikka’s salary may also get renewed, if committee suggests to. Also, there’s been a growing speculation that Sikka may be asked to leave his post if allegations against him turns true.

While the IT industry, including Infosys, in India is highly worried over the new immigration policy and Trump factor of United States, the company is now facing set back with this stint. The stock prices also have slipped down heavily in the meantime. With legal firm’s assessment, Narayan Murthy only hopes ‘incidents like this doesn’t repeat in future.

As Infosys Limited has scheduled a media conference in Mumbai this evening, the business analysts are keenly watch them.
