We are aware that Superstar Mahesh Babu had launched the vaccination drive in Andhra Pradesh’s Burripalem village on May 31, coinciding with the birthday of his father Krishna.
After seven days of the launch, the adopted village of the actor has been vaccinated completely. Mahesh Babu’s wife actress Namrata Shirodkar took to social media to inform that the 7-day Covid-19 vaccination drive in Burripalem village successfully ended on Wednesday.
“Successfully completed the 7-day vaccination drive in Burripalem!! Can’t be happier to have got our village vaccinated Thank you @urstrulymahesh, for always being as solid as a rock, @andhrahospitals @mbofficialteam for your relentless support and most importantly, a big thank you to all our villagers who came forward to take it! (sic),” Namrata wrote on her Instagram account.
For the unversed, Burripalem is Mahesh Babu’s native village. The actor had adopted the village in 2015 after the release of his film Srimanthudu. Since then, he has been helping the village with many developmental activities.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu will next be seen in Sarkaru Vaari Paata, directed by Parasuram.
