Mahesh Babu is playing a full-on mass role in his upcoming action thriller, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which is halfway through the shoot. The makers have announced that the film will be out in theaters next Sankranthi season. The film will be out in theaters on 13th January next year, as confirmed by the makers in the recently released first look poster of the film. Here comes an interesting update on Mahesh’s immediate next film after Sarkaru Vaari Paata i.e, SSMB28, a Trivikram directorial. The film might well be mounted on a pan-India level, as mentioned by Naga Vamsi who is co-producing SSMB28.
“SSMB28 will be of the action genre. We are planning to mount the film on a large scale and if the situations favour, we will be giving the film a pan-India release. Trivikram garu is coming up with a winning script. We hope SSMB28 will be an even bigger success than Athadu and Khaleja. This time, next year, we will hold a Twitter space session after scoring a blockbuster success with SSMB28. We are set to take the project onto the floors very soon and more details will be out very soon,” Naga Vamsi said.
Vamsi has just confirmed that SSMB28 might well explore the pan-India market. If it indeed releases in various Indian languages, Mahesh Babu might attain pan-India stardom with the Trivikram directorial even before he joins hands with master craftsman, Rajamouli. Rajamouli is planning a mega-budget forest-based action thriller with Mahesh Babu and the film will most certainly be releasing on a pan-India level. It appears to be that Mahesh might venture into the pan-India market with Trivikram’s film and that could in-turn increase the canvas of his next with Rajamouli multi-folds.
Mahesh Babu had never touched the pan-India market up until this point in his career and he might well be attaining the same with the Trivikram directorial. He seemed all excited about working with Rajamouli in the near future. He said he is awaiting the commencement of the project but it is too early to comment about it just yet. Mahesh’s immediate focus is on Sarkaru Vaari Paata though.
