It’s been almost confirmed that Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is set to become a new defense minister. It’s been buzzing for few days that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has specially invited Manohar Parrikar to give him defense ministry which is presently on the shoulders of Arun Jaitley.
Now reportedly, Parrikar is all set to announce his resignation for his present chief ministry in the BJP meeting which is to be held on Friday. However, Manohar Parrikar has not unveiled any information as he just told that he was told by PMO to be ready for any responsibilities soon to be given by the Prime Minister. Reportedly, he will announce officially on Friday what job he will be taking during the expansion of cabinet by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
