His brother Chamakura Narsimha Reddyy has turned a defence property into a gambling den. The police raided the gambling den and arrested 12 persons, including Narsimha Reddy. The incident has created quite a sensation across Telangana. According to the police, Mallareddy Gardens, a function hall, is operating on Defence Grants land. There are questions over the ownership of these lands. Narsimha Reddy has turned this function hall into a gambling den. He is said to be misusing the minister’s name and influence to organise gambling.
Some local leaders from Jeedimetla, Saidabad, Seetafalmandi, Tirumalgiri, Amberpet, Madhapur, Kukatpally and KPHB have also joined hands with Narsimha Reddy in organising the illegal casino. On Wednesday, the police conducted a sudden raid on the den and arrested 12 persons. They also recovered 13 mobile phones and Rs 1.40 lakh in cash. Investigations are on.
