For the past couple of days, a private University in the common capital city of Punjab and Haryana is witnessing the chaos and tense situations. The reason for this is, girl students, alleged that their bath videos were leaked online. The students sat for a protest on the college campus demanding strict action.
Chandigarh University, a private university in Mohali was hit by a big controversy when a few girl students made shocking allegations that their bath videos were shot and leaked online. The cops had to reach the campus and pacify the students that appropriate action will be taken.
Mohali police chief Vivek Soni rubbished the reports that videos of 60 girls were shot. He said that the initial investigation found only one video was shot and the video was recorded by the accused girl and the video was sent to her boyfriend.
As per the cops, there is no truth in the news that MMS of 60 girls were shot. There is only one video and the accused girl filmed her own video. One video shocked the University and the whole nation.
With one video, the girl kickstarted a big controversy. From students to teachers to parents everyone was shocked by the issue. But the investigation found that the girl shot her own video and sent it to her boyfriend. Two days after popping up, it is now found that there is no truth in the mass MMS videos of girl students.
The video controversy brought Chandigarh University to a standstill and the administration announced that the classes were suspended till the 24th of this month. Two wardens were suspended in connection with the issue. The shifts of the rest of the wardens were changed reportedly.
On the other hand, the Mohali Police is digging deep into the case and gathering more details. As of now, the accused woman student and a youth who is believed to be her boyfriend and youth’s friend were arrested. While the girl was nabbed in Mohali, the two others were nabbed from Himachal Pradesh. It is said that the video was uploaded in Himachal Pradesh.
