Prabhas‘ upcoming film with Nag Ashwin is one of the much-anticipated films in India. Set on a sci-fi genre, Bollywood superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone came on board for this big-budget project.
The director Ashwin in a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama’s Faridoon Shahryar revealed many interesting things about the film. Calling it a dream project, Nag confirmed that there’s a lot of pre-production going on for the film currently.
He says that the film is shaping well, and that story is more powerful. On getting to cast Deepika Padukone and Prabhas with Mr. Bachchan, Nag said, “It is definitely a dream combination. I like the cast but it is about the story. At the end of the day, these three people doing these three roles in the movie is exciting for me than just the actors.” He also confidently added that his movie will shatter all records of imagination.
The pan-India film is backed by Vyjayanthi Movies and is slated to release in 2022. The multi-lingual marks the first time collaboration of Prabhas with Big B or Deepika.
