Telugu Cinema Industry is facing an unforeseen crisis due to pandemic and AP Government policies. Government have been trying to restrict ticket hikes and this is being done to give fair rates to public, they claim.
But the producer turned actor Nagababu Konidela feels that his younger brother Pawan Kalyan is being targeted by the government for his comments at Republic Pre-release event.
He released a video saying that he feels and understands that the government is targeting Pawan Kalyan on purpose. He said that the comments made by Pawan are for the benefit of Industry.
Looking at them being so submissive to government and against any kind of aggresive action or reaction or for not even trying to comment about what is happening in the state post release of Bheemlanayak hurt him.
He said that the government sending MROs, Collectors and other officials specially on this work to monitor ticket pricing very strictly post Bheemlanayak and being slightly lenient for others shows bias.
He warned government stating that after five years of power, someday they have to fight elections and the power is not for life. When they get the power they can also reply to these actions.
Nagababu even slammed Industry saying that Pawan Kalyan asked government to target his films or him directly and leave others. He emotionally said, “Today no one reacted for him but he will when you need him, that is Pawan Kalyan, fearless and selfless”.
