Whenever a director or producer is approaching Nitya Menon these days, she’s simply rejecting the offers. Some thought that she’s in need of more remuneration, while few felt that she’s looking forward for some very interesting storylines. However, there is a different reason altogether behind Nitya not signing any Telugu movie.
Not just Telugu movies, but she isn’t signing any language movies because she wants to pursue her new interest. Yes, Nitya Menon revealed to a leading Telugu director that she wants to direct her own film now. Whether she will act in it or not, she has two scripts written and got an approval for one of them. Currently, the pre-production work is going on for this Telugu-Malayalam bilingual and soon she will announce it officially. After cherishing her ‘direction’ dreams, she wants to come back to acting yet again.
