Young hero Navdeep is out of action for some time. After facing debacle result as protagonist, he tried antagonist with young tiger Jr NTR’s Baadshah. Although the Srinu Vaitla directorial was an average grosser, it didn’t provide break for Navdeep. Few of Navdeep’s films release got delayed, since no distributor is daring to invest on them, considering his current form.
Fortunately for Navdeep, the young hero has bagged a role in mega power star Ram Charan’s new film tentatively titled Dhruva. Navdeep has signed on to play Charan’s friend role as cop in the action entertainer film being directed by Surender Reddy.”Happy to be onboard charans #dhruva 🙂 lets see what comes out of this 🙂 #oldwaysdontopennewdoors :)” tweeted Navdeep confirming the news.
Ram Charan is essaying a cop in the film is a common knowledge by now. Charan will have a group of friends who are all IPS cadre police officers. Ganesh Venkatraman and Harish Uthaman played the cops in the original- Thani Oruvan. Thus, Navdeep will reprise one of the roles. In fact, both these characters will have significance in the film.
