Mega hero Varun Tej’s much-awaited sports drama Ghani has been postponed yet again. The film, which already shifted its release many times, now changed the release date to avoid a clash with Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak this Friday.
Taking to social media, the makers wrote, “We are overwhelmed with the love you are showering on #ghani your encouragement motivates us to keep moving forward with faith in these tough times. As #BheemlaNayak is going to hit the cinemas on Feb 25th. We are pushing the release of #Ghani new release date will be announced soon(sic).”
The movie team also wished lots of success for the Saagar K Chandra directorial and hoped that would set the cash registers ringing once again in Tollywood. “We are equally excited as fans and ready to experience the power storm of powerstar Pawan Kalyan garu. On big screens (sic),” they added.
Directed by Kiran Korrapati, Ghana features Varun in the role of a boxer. The movie has Saiee Manjrekar as the female lead while Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Suniel Shetty and Naveen Chandra will be seen in key roles.
