Another case has been booked on Telugu Desam National President and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu in Guntur. The Arandalpet police registered a case on Naidu, following the complaint of advocate Pachala Anil Kumar.
In his complaint, Pachala Anil Kumar said former CM Chandrababu and TDP leaders were actively working towards scaring the people of AP. The Police have registered cases against Chandrababu under sections 188, 505(1) B and 505(2) after advocate Anil lodged a complaint.
A case has already been booked on Chandrababu Naidu in Kurnool a few days ago. Subbaiah, a lawyer from Kurnool, complained that the people were alarmed over the rapid spreading of coronavirus in the state, following Naidu’s false propaganda.
Subbaiah, in his complaint, stated that Chandrababu was falsely spreading the notion that the N440K variant of the virus is a highly virulent one and that it is spreading rapidly in the state. Kurnool police have registered a case against Chandrababu under IPC 155,505/1/B/2 and National Disaster Management Act.
