There must be many celebrities in the film industry with massive following but if there is one man who has got huge following onscreen and even online, it is Nandamuri Natasimham Balakrishna. The reasons could be many but the Telugu audience can never imagine Tollywood without someone like Balayya.

That is his power and entertainment quotient. As part of that, there are few interviews which Balayya has given on and off which created a lot of buzz. Currently, one video has become a hot property and it is going viral.

It is actually an old video wherein Balayya shared his thoughts with Sakshi Swapna in an interview. This is about the train episode in ‘Palnati Brahmanaidu’ where he just slams his thigh and a train goes in reverse direction.

As for T-Hub 3, a space of 10 lakhs sft near Raheja is identified for construction and it will take two years for completion. That way, in entire India, Hyderabad is the only city to encourage startups in such a big way.
